Keka overview
Keka is a file archiver for OS X. It is available for free, but donations are requested to further the project. Similar to making a donation, you can also purchase Keka on the Mac App Store.
Supported compression formats: 7z, Zip, Tar, Gzip, Bzip2
Supported extraction formats: RAR, 7z, Lzma, Zip, Tar, Gzip, Bzip2, ISO, EXE, CAB, PAX, ACE

I'm still a happy Keka user. My workflow is: compress to xz with Keka and generally decompress with built-in MacOS Archive Utility (as it supports xz).

Unfortunately Keka doesn't work on my iMac. It's telling me, 'Extraction failed. Error code 2. Fatal error'.
